- 12-point Times New Roman font
- Original work not submitted elsewhere
- Clear headings and readable structure
- Short title, maximum 50 characters
- Author names without titles (Dr., PhD, etc.)
- Academic affiliations in numbered order
- Corresponding author contact details
- Abstract maximum 250 words
- 3–5 keywords using MeSH terms
- Summarize the research question, methods, findings, and conclusion
- Vancouver style citations
- References numbered in order of appearance
- Include complete publication details
- Upload figures as separate high-resolution files
- Include descriptive captions
- Reference each figure or table in the manuscript
- Confirm all required fields are complete
- Check spelling and formatting
- Make sure the manuscript file is ready to upload
